1. Refund Conditions
Refunds are considered only in the following scenarios:
- Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same service.
- No Action Taken: If the service process has not been initiated by our team within 48 hours of payment.
- Inability to Serve: If we are unable to fulfill the requested service due to internal reasons.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds cannot be issued if:
- The filing or application process has already been initiated with the government.
- The client provides incorrect documents or incomplete information.
- The delay is caused by government portal issues.
- The client changes their mind after the work has started.
3. Cancellation Policy
Requests for service cancellation must be made via email to mytaxationonlychoice@gmail.com. Cancellations are only valid if the process has not yet been started.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days to the original payment method used during the transaction.
