1. Service Agreement

MY TAXATION provides tax consultancy, ITR filing, GST registration, and related financial services across India. While we strive for 100% accuracy, our services are based on the information and documents provided by you. We are not liable for penalties resulting from the provision of inaccurate or incomplete data by the client.

2. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide authentic and valid documentation.
• Ensure all data shared for tax filing is accurate.
• Pay the agreed service fees in a timely manner.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account details shared with us.

3. Professional Fees

Service fees are explicitly mentioned for each service (e.g., starting at ₹499 for ITR). Additional charges may apply based on the complexity of the filing or additional services requested. All fees are non-refundable once the service process (filing or registration application) has been initiated.

4. Limitation of Liability

MY TAXATION and its experts act as consultants. We are not responsible for any decisions made by government authorities (Income Tax Department, MCA, GSTN). Any delay in processing by government portals is beyond our control.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and materials on this website are the intellectual property of MY TAXATION. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
